How are deliveries affected by Covid-19?
Processing of orders is taking a little longer than usual
Deliveries no longer require a signature. Delivery service drivers are now doing this on behalf of the customer to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices. Processing of orders is taking a little longer than usual
Where do you ship to and how long does it take?
I can ship to any UK, US or international address. Please allow up to 3 weeks for me to print, process, pack and ship your artwork
What shipping method do you use?
Depending on where you are I use international delivery companies UPS and Fedex. When your order is ready for dispatch I will send you an email to let you know it is on its way. The email will contain a tracking number that you can use to follow the progress of your delivery. Please contact me if you have any specific shipping requirements or enquiries regarding delivery times. I can normally arrange for a delivery to be made on a specific day. For deliveries in a close radius to my studio I can use a local courier company. I will contact you to arrange delivery at a convenient time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Shipping for the ‘Promises’ series to raise money for The Domestic Violence Hotline is free.
Shipping for Critical Mass Collectors Limited Edition Boxed Sets is on application. If you have registered to reserve a Critical Mass Boxed Set I will be in touch with detailsPlease note that any import duties which are incurred with an international shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Can I track the progress of my delivery?
When your shipment has been dispatched you will receive an email indicating when to expect delivery. Your tracking number will be included in the email so you can track your delivery online.
Can I provide separate billing and delivery addresses?
Yes! You can provide any delivery address including a work address. Please bear in mind however, that someone will have to be present to accept delivery.
Can I collect?
Yes! You are most welcome to collect your edition if it is easier for you. Please use the contact form to arrange a suitable time.

Shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout once you have entered your shipping address.
We use Fed Ex to ship your order. This is a fully trackable secure service which requires a signature on delivery.
Prints will be sent unframed and rolled.
